"Got the Wrong Size Kite"
I ordered one kite and a completely different size showed up. Come on now, how does that even happen? Frustrating when you’re expecting one thing and get something else.

"I was really hoping to feel good about..."
I was really hoping to feel good about this purchase, but after getting it, I just felt kind of disappointed. For what I paid, I expected more, and it left me feeling like I didn’t really get my money’s worth. It might work for someone else, but for me, it felt too pricey for what I actually got.

"Stock info didn’t match what I remember seeing"
I remember checking the website and it showed the item was in stock, so I figured I was good to go. But then it suddenly wasn’t available anymore. Kind of frustrating, and I ended up having to look somewhere else

"Left feeling confused"
I called to ask about kite sizes and getting the setup right, but the answers I got were kind of all over the place. It felt like the staff weren’t really sure, and they brushed off my questions a bit instead of helping me figure it out. I expected a kite shop to be more knowledgeable, so I left the conversation feeling more confused than when I started.

"My order came in this thin box..."
My order came in this thin box with barely any padding, and one of the corners was already crushed when it arrived. The stuff inside looked like it had just been rattling around the whole time. For what I paid, I expected better. Something about it just felt careless, like nothing was really protected. Disappointing, and I’m not sure I’d order from them again.

"Warranty support wasn’t worth the hassle"
I had a problem with my gear and reached out for warranty help, but the whole process was disappointing. Replies took longer than I expected, and I kept having to follow up just to get an update. They did eventually respond and handle it, but the support didn’t feel worth the trouble. After buying from them, I expected better.

"The repair process was really frustrating"
I sent my kite in for a repair thinking it would be straightforward, but the whole thing ended up feeling like such a headache. It dragged on longer than I expected, and I had to keep reaching out just to get any kind of update, which made me feel like my repair wasn’t much of a priority. When I finally got it back, the repaired spot looked kind of sloppy, so after all that waiting, I was disappointed. Maybe other people have had better experiences, but I left feeling frustrated and not very confident about the service.

"Not sure about the quality"
I only used this kite twice, and the seams are already starting to pull apart. I wasn’t flying it in any crazy wind or anything, so it makes me wonder how well it’s actually made. Disappointing because I expected it to hold up longer

I tried to return my order and it was really frustrating. The replies were slow, and after the first response there was basically no follow-up at all. I kept feeling like I had to chase them just to get a simple update, which made the whole process way more annoying than it needed to be

"Using the site was just... not..."
Using the site was just... not great. Some pages loaded in a weird way, or maybe half-loaded for a second, which made it feel clunky. And checkout, I don’t know, it was more confusing than it needed to be. I kept thinking I missed a step or clicked the wrong thing.

"Disappointing experience with customer service"
I reached out about my order and the replies were really slow and not very helpful. What bothered me most wasn’t just the delay, but the feeling that my issue didn’t really matter to them. Good customer service can turn a problem around, but this made the whole experience feel worse. I don’t think I’ll be shopping here again.

"Save Your Time If You’re New to Kiting"
I didn’t feel great about the safety advice I got here. It felt rushed and a bit unclear, which isn’t ideal when you’re still learning and trying to make sure you’re doing things the right way.

Kiting can get dangerous quickly, so I was expecting more careful guidance and support. Maybe other people had a better experience, but if you’re new and need clear setup help, I’d save your time and look elsewhere

"Works When It Wants"
This was a frustrating rental. It felt like the thing only worked when it wanted to, and I spent more time dealing with issues than actually using it. Not a great experience overall, and I wouldn’t rent from them again.

"Instructor seemed irritated from the start"
I booked a kiteboarding lesson and pretty much right away got the feeling the instructor didn’t want to be there. Maybe I assumed too quickly, but the short answers and the way they talked to me made it seem like I was annoying them just by asking basic questions.

I know kiteboarding isn’t something to mess around with, so I get that they have to be serious. But the attitude made the whole lesson uncomfortable, and I left feeling more discouraged than anything. I wouldn’t book another lesson with them...

"Not gonna lie, the prices felt steep"
Not gonna lie, I was a bit disappointed after checking out the prices here. I ended up finding the same kite gear for less somewhere else, so it just didn’t feel like the best deal for regular buyers like me
